Starting-up a new business in the midst of a pandemic didn’t phase countryside access specialist, Jon Perks. The importance of the great outdoors to our wellbeing has never been greater and is beautifully reflected in the words of naturalist Henry David Thoreau, "I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees". I introduced this, together with other emotive quotes into the brand to highlight the vital connection between people and the countryside.

Jon and I developed a structure and narrative for the brand that identifies and reaches out to the diverse target audience groups including individuals, public and private sectors. The monogram logo design is a bold and simple expression of a seamless pathway, which I evolved to create a meandering graphic pattern, supported by a contemporary colour palette with its roots in nature.
